Hygiene and Food Safety
On the morning of 18th October, 2018, Mr. Yu Qifeng, leader of Municipal Education and Sports Bureau led responsible comrades with Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission and Municipal Food and Drug Administration to inspect the food hygiene and safety work of Anqing Foreign Language School. Anqing Foreign Language School’s President Madam Huang Wenli and heads of each division warmly received the inspection team.
The inspection team headed straight to the student canteen and dormitory instead of listening to the report. They conducted detailed inquiries with the person in charge of the canteen about the canteen area and process issues and went deep into the canteen food processing area, raw material warehouse and springhouse to carefully check other disinfection facilities, fire fighting device in addition to the source of food raw materials. Finally, the inspection team spoke highly of the food hygiene and safety management of our school and put forward some instructional advice as well.
To conclude, in recent years, Anqing Foreign Language School attached great significance to food hygiene and safety management, set up the working group on food hygiene and safety management, perfected the working systems and measures, regularly supervised and examined the canteen food hygiene, raw-food materials and the food quality, proceeded education and training on food hygiene knowledge for teachers and students, tangibly implemented the food hygiene and safety management of the canteen and laid a solid foundation for students’ healthy diet and the smooth development of the school education and teaching work.
